HERS Rating
Under Title 24, the California building code, the energy features required in new construction and certain remodels must be inspected and verified by an independent third party, a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) rater.
EES offers HERS rating services for new residential construction as well as remodels, and for solar PV under California's New Solar Home Partnership.
